2011 Season Drawing To A Close!
2011 has been great year! I worked with so many great couples and families to make sure their weddings and receptions were exactly what they wanted! I would be honored to work with you and help you make your special day a perfect one.
My 2012 calendar is starting to fill up. If you have a date in mind please use the availability checker. I do keep it up to date but I will always double check my calender when we actually communicate. The popular dates tend to go quickly, like weekends in May and June!!! They will go even quicker as we approach the 2012 Wedding Expo. So don't hesitate to get started on securing your desired date now!

Nearly every couple has taken advantage of the tools I offer to help with music selection. These tools ensure I have the necessary information available to set the perfect moods for each of distinct segment of the event. Most receptions have a cocktail portion, and dinner portion, the special songs/dances and the dance party portion. With any DJ you should be able to discuss your needs for each segment of the reception so you get exactly what you want. For example many couples will give me the style of music they would prefer for the cocktail and dinner portions but go into greater detail for the dance tunes. Some have provided detailed lists for each. There is no "right" way to plan your music. I work with each couple to find out what works for them. The online tools I offer make it very easy to pick the perfect music for your reception. There are also lists available as idea starters for the first dances, garter toss, cake cutting, etc.
Several couples have used a new tool that allow wedding guests to build their request list. These songs can be used in addition of the songs you request. You can still submit "do not play" list to maintain a bit of control if you wish. Check out this and all of the online tools the OBX DJ has to offer!
